"Review given excellent to all that was asked Called front desk direct number (303) 427-5121 to make reservation, paid with Discover card 7/11/25 for 8/2/25 reservation. Received receipt pd. Transaction showed cleared on credit card balance. Email and check in said invalid confirmation. After causing me distress, it was found under my Facebook account username through Hotels.com that I had not used for booking,UNLESS the (303) 427-5121number listed as the Aloft I stayed in was transferred to Hotels.com. She assured me it was not. How did that happen? I did not at any time give them that Facebook name. There should not have been a problem. The name of the reservation and the credit card payment matched. That is the exact reason why I never use external reservations like Hotels.com"
