Each bedroom offers a superior quality king size ‘zip and link' double bed (which can separate to create 2 singles if requested) made up with crisp white cotton linen and fresh white towels plus one or two more single beds are also available to possibly accommodate up to 10 guests if required. All bedrooms come with an adjoining high spec en suite bath/shower room with one being able to double as a communal bathroom if required. The kitchen is fitted with sleek light modern units with granite worktops and a centre island and is fitted with all essential mod cons, fully equipped for self catering. Plus the separate utility room off the kitchen houses the washing machine and tumble dryer. The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and is home to a large modern glass top dining table and 8 chairs alongside the lounge area which accommodates two comfortable leather sofas and large matching armchair with a large wall mounted flat screen TV. The rear garden is accessed via French doors from the dining room and is laid to patio and lawn with outside tables and chairs, plus BBQ . There is the possibility of hiring in a Hot Tub, if desired (Conditions apply – please contact us for further details). The drive has space to comfortably allow off road parking for 4 cars and is shared with its parent property Bury Villa, a 7 bedroom Grade 2 listed house sleeping up to 20 guests with additional parking for another 5 cars, with the two houses being able to be rented together to sleep up to 30 guests with 9 parking spaces, if required. All bedding and towelling is provided, with a mid term maid cleaning service available on request. Additional linen is available at £25 per set to include 1 medium bath towel. Child cots, highchairs and stairgates are also available at no extra cost. (Guests are requested to bring their own child's bedding please) We warmly welcome up to 3 small to medium sized well behaved four legged friends at The Coach House at an additional cost of £25 each per dog, per week/part week. (However, to be fair to our neighbours no continuous barkers please). ​In addition to the rental cost we ask our guests for a security deposit, pre-authorised against your credit card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved and then released afterwards if there is no damage. Our advertised prices are calculated on the number of people requested and may go up or down if amended. Some of our properties have age restrictions, such as where we feel it would not be suitable for younger all adult groups, such as within quiet residential areas where noise may be an issue. Prior to booking this property we wanted to ensure that it fits all of our requirements. 4 bedrooms with ensuite, parking for 4 cars and close to Portsmouth. This property gave us all we wanted. We had a warm welcome upon arrival and shown around the property. Everyone enjoyed the time away. We will return to the Coach House as it fitted the requirements we wanted.
