Die komfortable und exklusive Ferienwohnung befindet sich in der 2\. Etage eines schönen Domiziles mit bestem Ausblick auf Wald, Berg und See direkt im Luftkurort Hahnenklee und wurde 2022 komplett saniert. Sie bietet auf 60 qm viel Platz für bis zu 3 Personen. Der gemütliche Wohnbereich besitzt ein bequemes Ecksofa, welches sich mit wenigen Handgriffen zu einem Bett (1,50m x 2,00m) umfunktionieren lässt, und sorgt mit einem 75“ Flat Screen-TV für reichlich Entertainment.  
Während der kalten Jahreszeit sorgt ein komfortabler Elektrokamin für Wohlfühlatmosphäre.  
Der Balkon, der zur sonnigen Südseite gelegen ist, bietet eine tolle Grundlage, um die Seele beim Blick in die harzer Natur baumeln zu lassen. Natürlich stehen Ihnen hier auch Terrassenmöbel zur Verfügung, sodass Sie beispielweise Ihr Frühstück oder Ihr Abendessen ganz privat zu sich nehmen können. Der Balkon ist zudem mit einer elektrischen Markise ausgestattet.  
Das Schlafzimmer bietet ein gemütliches Bett (1,60m x 2,00m), auf welchem Sie süße Träume haben werden. Auch im Schlafzimmer gibt es einen Flatscreen-TV zu Ihrem Entertainment. Eine Aussenjalousie sorgt dafür, dass unerwünschte Lichtquellen draußen bleiben.  
Das Naturstein-Waschbecken ist das Highlight des Badezimmers. Es ist ausgestattet mit einer Regendusche, einem Handtuchwärmer, einem Waschtisch mit Kosmetikspiegel und einem Haartrockner. Ein Unterputzradio sorgt für gemütliche Atmosphäre.  
Die voll ausgestattete offene Küche mit integriertem Essbereich besitzt einen Geschirrspüler, Backofen, Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank, Mikrowelle, Induktionskochfeld, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, Milchaufschäumer, Espressokocher, Mixer und Weinkühler. Am großzügigen Esstisch können Sie gemütlich sitzen, um in den eigenen vier "Urlaubswänden" ihr individuelles Dinner zu genießen oder einfach um ganz in Familie lustige Gesellschaftsspiele zu spielen.  
Im großzügigen Flurbereich erwartet Sie ein elektrischer Schuhtrockner, damit Ihr kaltes und feuchtes Schuhwerk nach dem Wandern wieder wohl getrocknet wird.  
Gegenüber der Wohnung befindet sich ein kleiner Abstellraum für Ihre Koffer. Hier finden Sie auch weitere Ausstattungsgegenstände die Sie kostenfrei nutzen können. Z.B. Kinderbett, Hochstuhl, Bügeleisen, Wäscheständer, Schlitten usw.  
Des Weiteren finden Sie hier auch Waschmarken für einen kleinen Obolus und Waschmittel für die Gemeinschaftswaschmaschine im Waschraum des Kellers.  
Ein Aussenstellplatz vor dem Gebäudeeingang steht Ihnen kostenfrei zur Verfügung.  
Das WLAN mit einer Bandbreite von 150 Mbit steht Ihnen selbstverständlich kostenfrei zur Verfügung.  
Bitte haben Sie Verständnis dafür, dass aus Rücksicht auf andere Gäste Haustiere und das Rauchen in der Wohnung nicht erlaubt ist. Auf dem Balkon ist das Rauchen jedoch gestattet.

Die Wohnung hält was sie verspricht. Eine sehr schön wohl überlegt eingerichtete Wohnung. Sehr modern. Super Ausblick. Und auch sehr guter und Freundlicher Kontakt zu den Vermietern. Hatten ein paar schöne Tage. Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen!
