### Apartment 'Stube 8' with Wi-Fi

Located in Goslar, this stylish 70 sqm apartment spans 2 floors of a 130-year-old timber-framed house and accommodates up to 6 guests. You will find 2 bedrooms, a living room, and 2 bathrooms. The upper floor features 1 bedroom, a kitchen, living room, and bathroom, while the attic level accessible by internal stairs offers a combined living and sleeping area with a dedicated workspace and an additional bathroom. The fully equipped private kitchen provides everything you need during your stay. Amenities include WiFi up to 1000 Mbps suitable for video calls, TV, video on demand, baby bed, and highchair.  
  
  
  
You can store bicycles in the backyard, and public parking spaces are often available directly in front of the house. Public transportation is easily accessible on foot.  
  
  
  
The apartment was completely renovated in 2023 using natural building materials, predominantly wood with clay-plastered walls where possible and wax and oil wood protection. The original charm shines through numerous slanted corners and angles, and you may hear the timber framework creaking depending on wind and weather conditions. House slippers are provided for your comfort and you are welcome to take them home. For your safety, always use the handrail on stairs as steps are individually aligned. Please remove street shoes on the stair landing to protect the wooden floors and dispose of waste in backyard containers. Two unfinished attic rooms should not be entered, and wooden windows must be secured with hooks when opened.  
  
  
  
A pizzeria with wood-fired oven is 2 houses away, while Ullrichsche Garden offers relaxation space down the street. You will find a bakery for fresh rolls up Breite Straße, and laundromats are located 400 meters away. Events are not permitted on the property.
