Wonderful location, very comfortable room, great staff and well appointed

We stayed in the La Torre apartment as there were two couples. It was fantastic - roomy, well equipped and the location was terrific. We couldn’t have asked for more! The whole experience wit Phi was great - from our email exchanges, to our check in with Guilia who made us feel immediately at home. She greeted us warmly, handled the paperwork, and then sat with us to go over a map with recommendations and points of interest. That level of service continued throughout, with checkout fellow running outside to us to give us taxi booking slips after UBER failed us. We can’t say enough. The breakfast buffet was excellent as well!

Paolo is an amazing host! He helped us with our luggage, he helped us with train tickets, he helped us with transportation, he helped us with restaurants, cafés, excursions, directions,. Couldn’t have been a more wonderful host. Highly recommend this unique little hotel in the center of everything. Quiet street and comfortable beds. Thank you so much Paolo for helping us out with train transportation! We will never forget you!

Super kind and helpful staff. Room temperature just right, compact space but with everything you need. (I travelled solo.) Had good lighting too - I dislike dark hotel rooms. Easy 10 minute walk to Piazza Maggiore. Fresh continental breakfast was fantastic. Overall wonderful stay.
