The house was beautifully, with everything we needed, enough rooms, as well as bathroom. Kevin was very prompt when I had any questions. "We rented this house for New Years weekend.There were 3 families, we all have children they range from 8-16. They loved having their own space downstairs. This house had everything we needed to cook meals. I had a question for the host and they were fast at responding. No issues at all."

"Property was freshly updated so pretty clean overall. There were some old stains on the blanket and I found a little hair in a couple places. Looked like they could be a little more thorough in their cleaning practices. Overall I would still say an 8/10 on everything. If you are wanting a cheap motel that is clean this is your best bet to my knowledge. Can't believe there is still a place on the earth where you can stay for $35 to $50 a night and it be pretty clean. It was a good experience. "

"Worst breakfast I’ve ever had at a hotel. Not much selection, ran out of omelets, had to wait for more to come out and when they did they weren’t done - cold in the middle, ran out of orange juice in the dispenser so just sat a jug of OJ on the counter, ran out of instant oatmeal."

"We had additional fees at check in, bed sheets were stained, the tv. did not work due to poor internet connections. Bed was extremely soft and had to check in and wait to get $30 deposit back at check out, have never had to do that. I could have stayed cheaper in a nicer place without a reservation. Was very disappointed. "

"Like the location and surrounding establishments. Did not like the conditions of the room, public restrooms out of order, workout area out of order, carpets stained, trash remaining from previous occupants in room, ceiling holes, bathroom ceiling repair unfinished, bathroom sink falling off the wall, holes in shower ceiling, dirty showerhead, paint chipped doors. We checked out a night earlier and stayed with family on the last night. Will not be going there again."
