The ground is closed and decorated with an electric gate with remote control. The pool is 10 meters long and 5 meters wide. It should be noted that it is flat-bottom with 1.60 meters deep. The swimming pool has sun loungers, tablets, a garden furniture set as well as a table and chairs set. It is closed by a pretty dry stone wall and has a lockable gate and is equipped with an alarm in accordance with current standards. The house has a 50 m2 terrace with a rectangular table and six chairs. You can enjoy a beautiful and comfortable garden furniture as well as a Weber electric barbecue and two parasols. A round table and six chairs are installed under the oaks for lunches in the shade. The area of the villa is 140 m2 of living space. \- 1 spacious entrance. \- 1 large room including a dining room with dining table and six chairs as well as a lounge below equipped with a two seater sofa, hhd a three seater sofa, coffee table and flat screen TV. \- 1 bedroom with 180 cm bed or 2 90 cm beds, with a shower and sink. \- 1 bedroom with 1 bed 180 cm or 2 beds 90 cm. \- 1 bedroom with a 160 cm bed. \- 1 large bathroom with 2 sinks and a bathtub. \- 2 independent toilets. \- 1 laundry room with 7kg washing machine, ironing board, iron and vacuum cleaner. \- Air conditioning in the central dining room living room. \- Each room is equipped with a fan. The kitchen is equipped with a 5-burner gas stove with a gas oven, a 12-place dishwasher, a fridge, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, a toaster, a a citrus press, a steamer, a capsule coffee maker, a pod coffee maker and a family coffee maker. Bed linen as well as pool towels and sheets are provided. Final cleaning is included. Our animal friends are not allowed to bathe in the pool or allowed to lie on the beds and sofas. A trampoline is available in the garden and must be used under the supervision and responsibility of the adults. The villa is equipped with a lifting pump, it is strictly forbidden to throw anything other than toilet paper in the WC. Air conditioned throughout (a must when it is 39 deg C). Charming attentive host, who lives nearby off site. Set back off the road so we didn’t hear any cars. The exterior is a perfect balance of sun and shade and the pool is set in its own walled garden making it completely private and safe as you can lock the gate to restrict the area if necessary! Le séjour y a été agréable. Cependant nous avons été dévorés par les moustiques tous les jours. Personnellement la piscine est beaucoup trop fraîche, il faut vraiment le vouloir pour oser aller dedans, les cailloux entourant la piscine ne sont pas très pratiques non plus. La piscine ombragée a permis de passer les gros coups de chaleur sans encombre. La maison est très bien équipée, la cuisine comporte un grand nombre d'accessoires. Les deux tables pour 6, l'une sur la terrasse, l'autre sous les chênes verts permettent de s'adapter aux différents moments de la journée. Le salon de jardin est parfait pour les apéros. A deux pas de Gordes et de Roussillon, parfait pour les visites. L'accueil et le départ avec la propriétaire ont été efficaces et très aimables. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, Bäckerei in 5 Minuten und Supermarkt in 12 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Ruhige Umgebung, nicht direkt an der Straße. Interessante Wanderung auch direkt ab dem Haus möglich. Die Ausstattung war vollständig (vielleicht sogar zu viel) Auch im Freien mehrere Sitzgruppen locker arrangiert. 3 Separate Schlafzimmer, die auch bei voller Belegung ausreichend Privatsphäre ermöglichen. Der Pool ist in gutem Zustand und wird kontinuierlich durch Pumpe und Filter sauber gehalten. Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Kleine Anmerkung: Der vorhandene Elektrogrill war leider kein Webergrill wie Beschrieben, aber hat uns trotzdem leckeres Essen ermöglicht. ##### Frank W. Décoration intérieure réalisée avec goût. Espaces extérieurs spacieux, confortables et bien pensés. La climatisation apporte un vrai confort les jours de grosse chaleur. Communication claire et sympathique avec la propriétaire qui assure un accueil efficace et discret. L'équipement est au top et la propriétaire très sympathique. Super séjour. Le seul point noir, les moustiques trop nombreux cette année. Mais cela est le cas pour une majorité de région cette année.
