« When we arrived to check in the lady asked for my card details and when I asked why when I have already paid I was told she was just doing her job. Strange as i had paid in full. She was very helpful in directing us to the best places to eat. The rooms were big, clean and spacious the beds were super comfy and there wasn't much noise when we were there, the bathrooms were OK. The shower looked like it had seen better days and it had no water pressure that being said I did read a pre warning...

« One of the best in Taree. I've stayed at a few properties in Taree for work in 2026 so far. Hands down the most luxurious and cleanest. The couple running it are lovely and go above and beyond. Everything was spotless. Clean linen, clean frigde, clean utensils, clean floor and more. It was immaculate. I especially loved the back outside area along the garden as an extra space to relax. « Good sized room with plenty of tea and coffee,It was very nice to have a toaster with cutlery and crockery.The light in the bathroom wasn't working but when I informed the cleaning staff they quickly arranged to have it replaced on the same day. I didn't like the fact that the water was lukewarm both nights that I stayed and I really needed an extra blanket on the bed. »

« Room was very clean. Staff happy to assist with early entry, was no trouble even with 9:30am entry to room. All amenities in room were of a high standard. Bed, linen were excellent. A nice surprise with a sink to clean cups, plates etc. Even the toaster was very clean inside with no crumbs from previous tenants. Bathroom very good with excellent towels etc. Would recommend highly to one and all as a good room for overnight stay. »

« The room was a great size and comfortable. The property is very dated and tired, but it is functionally fine, especially for a short stay. We had a small issue with out room and the staff were EXCELLENT at fixing it immediately for us, despite it being after hours. Cannot fault their handling of the situation. As brand new owners they were very apologetic, however it was out of everyone's control. what was in their control is how they handled it, which was perfect. A credit to the property! »
