### Sea-esta WIFI, Foxtel, Pet Friendly

The perfect family entertainer, arrive to this house in quiet Jacobs street to beds that are made for you so you can just enjoy everything about this house and it’s surrounds, straight away.  
  
Nothing more to do other than sit outside and enjoy a glass of wine or put the fire on, make a cup of hot chocolate or fire up the pizza oven for a relaxed afternoon.  
The front and back yards are both fully enclosed, so no matter where you choose to sit, the kids and the dog will not escape!  
  
This house is really well set up for family groups, couples and pet owners.  
  
Both the front and back yards are fully fenced meaning you can sit on the front deck to watch the sunset while your dog or children are free to run in the front garden.  
Please note that we provide bed linen for all beds except the cot and sofa bed. We also provide kitchen tea towels, hand towels, face washers ,bath ( body) towels and bath mat. Please bring your own beach towels.  
Pet fee $75 if you bring your dog on holiday with you. Please advise us should you wish to bring your fur child.  
Strictly no smoking and no parties. Fines will apply for non compliance.  
\*Please note: A 50% deposit is required upon booking confirmation, with the remaining balance due 7 days before your stay. Additionally, a pre-check-in form must be completed before arrival, which includes submitting a valid ID, a selfie, and agreeing to our terms and conditions.  
  
There is a Weber BBQ out the back and ample seating at the indoor/outdoor table for up to 8 people.  
  
The kitchen is fully equipped with all you could need for basic cooking needs and entertaining.  
  
In the lounge room there is a smart tv and fast wifi so you can connect to your own Netflix, Stan etc or use the account settings provided for you.  
  
For young families, a high chair is available near the kitchen and a cot in the master bedroom.  
  
Sea-esta is perfectly located between the river and the ocean with the Goolwa shopping centre just a short 1 min drive or 7 min walk.  
  
Please advise if you are bringing your dog.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.  
$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.  
  
CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival unless otherwise agreed upon by our tea.  
  
LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.  
  
LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.

#### Great retreat for a Easter Family get together!

This property was ideal for our family to share a great Easter getaway...including our dogs! Close to the Goolwa Lake for aquatic fun and far enough away not to be overrun by all the others doing the same. The large eating area and enclosed backyard were perfect! Booking was easy as!!

#### Lovely private stay close to beach and shopping

We felt like we came home to a little sanctuary every evening. It felt so safe and relaxing. The neighbourhood was quiet, the neighbours were friendly. The house was close to the beach and shopping amenities. Our little dog enjoyed the safely secured yard and, We were very grateful for our 'welcome box', fantastic shower rose and coffee machine on our arrival after an 11 hour drive. Wonderful hosts and house. Thankyou. It was exactly what we needed.

#### Definitely recommend a stay at this accommodation.

Loved sitting on the front deck during the day and on the back deck with the brazier (wood supplied!) in the evening. Securely fenced off front and back. Very quiet neighbourhood. Walked to Goolwa Beach, Main Street of Goolwa and Bombora. There is a great playground by Bombora for young children. It’s a place to stay if you want to relax and get away from the crowds.

#### Enjoyed our holiday with our pets

It was wonderful to holiday with our pets and the house was in a good location for the shops, river and the sea. The additional fees added to our booking AFTER we had booked this property was disappointing so I feel this property wasn’t great value for money. Kim was great with communication when I questioned the additional charges, however it didn’t take away the fact the final pricing was not transparent in the listing. Overall though it was a lovely week away!

#### Beautiful tranquil oasis for me to unwind

I love this property. Just as it says in its post. Quiet location 10 min walk to beach. Huge backyard fully enclosed where my Labrador felt very at home.pizza oven and bbq were godsends x inside was incredibly clean and well cared for. X2 large smart tvs one in main bedroom. Free Netflix, Disney and foxtel. The view from our front was amazing for evening drinks. Thank you so much for having us and we will be back very soon. Can’t recommend this place enough

#### The perfect stay away.

The chance to spend a family Christmas at Sea-esta was just wonderful. The welcoming treats were a beautiful touch and so appreciated. The home had everything we needed to prepare Christmas lunch, with the convenience of the shopping centre a few blocks away. The tranquil location of the home with the billabong and reserve directly across the road was amazing and created a wonderful sense of space and peace around us. Nina the border collie loved having Goolwa Beach just a few blocks walk away. Truly a superb location and set up. Thank you Barry and Kim for all your organisation, we would love to come back again.
