The open-plan living and dining area is set up for comfort, whether you’re sharing meals, relaxing after a day exploring, or simply enjoying the peaceful outlook across the golf course. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances and all the essentials you’ll need to prepare meals with ease. Sliding doors open onto the outdoor deck, where you can enjoy a morning coffee, sunset drinks, or a family BBQ while soaking in the serene surroundings. Three bedrooms provide comfortable accommodation for up to six guests. The primary suite includes a queen bed and an ensuite, creating a restful retreat. The second bedroom also offers a queen bed, while the third features cosy bunk beds ideal for children. A central three-way bathroom with a walk-in shower, bathtub, vanity, and separate toilet ensures convenience for all. With its prime location, you’ll be spoilt for choice with things to do. Wander down to Murray River for kayaking, walk along Goolwa Beach, or explore the historic attractions, boutiques, and art studios around town. For dining, Kuti Shack and Café Bombora are both within easy reach. Small, non-shedding dogs are welcome with approval. Please note the yard is not fenced, and dogs must not be left unattended inside the home. No smoking No parties or events Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you. $200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property. CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival unless otherwise agreed upon by our tea. LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith. LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated.
