This beachside getaway comprises 4 bedrooms, 2 living areas, 2 bathrooms and 1 powder room. Downstairs you will find the large open plan living room, 2 large bedrooms including 2 x queen beds and 2 single bunk bed, main bathroom and fully equipped laundry with access to the backyard and a large shed complete with table tennis table. Upstairs, the kitchen overlooks a large dining and family room that opens onto the front balcony with fantastic rural views, where the Cockle Train can be seen when running. There is also a powder room off the main living area offering easy access for everyone enjoying the upstairs space. The master suite is complete with a king size bed ensuite and access to the front balcony. Other special features include: Undercover, secured parking for 2 cars with a EV Charger and a semi circular driveway that could fit up to 10 cars Ducted heating and cooling throughout 2 x Smart TVs (1 x upstairs and 1 x downstairs) Washer, Dryer, Washing Line and Pegs Dishwasher, Fridge, Microwave, Oven, Cooktop and Coffee Machine Sundry Items including tea, coffee, sugar, and S&P Webber Charcoal BBQ and a portable Gozney gas pizza oven EV Charger Pet Friendly Wifi available at the property Bed Linen and Towels Included (not beach towels) Bed Configuration Bedroom 1: 1 x King Bedroom 2: 1 x Queen Bedroom 3: 1 x Queen Bedroom 4: 2 x Bunk As per our Terms and Conditions, a valid credit card is required during the online check-in process for all bookings.
