Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 1. Dock details: There is a small dock though not big enough for a large boat. The unit is could use upgrades throughout, especially in the master bath and kitchen. The photos in the listing make the space seem a lot newer and lighter than it is. Most screens had holes in them, so fresh air - especially in the evening when the mosquitoes were thick - was not an option. Not an issue in the summer, when AC 24/7 is the norm. But when we were there for a week in February, being able to open doors and windows would have been nice. The walls are plastered with posters and memorabilia and most surfaces hold books and personal items, so that the place just oozes with the owner's personality. For the first few days of our visit, we felt like interlopers. ##### Lesley M. We brought a 17ft boat down to take to the islands to go shelling & it was so nice to have it in the water for such easy access. Good food and music closeby. It could have been cleaner RE: the sliders and windows. Furniture is dated & not very confortable. Night 2 the power went out and there was a nice big candle but no lighter or matches. A flashlight would have been nice as well. (we did have the flashlight on our phones). Kitchen was well stocked as were the linens. Overall we enjoyed our stay! ##### Joel W.
