Everything in the house is high functioning and the view to the river is beautiful. It’s a long windy drive up and down to the house but it’s worth it. « This was our first trip to Monterey, house was a nice size for a family of 5. Located about 10 min from the ocean, down the street from a Safeway and within 15 min of the Aquarium, Carmel by the sea, Pebble beach and Laguna Seca racetrack. Updates to the house were nice. Had an issue with black ants in the kitchen, Vacasa sent a team to spray and bring some ant killer. We didn’t let them spray but the baits were placed and did the job. Backyard patio and seating is really nice. Would stay here...
