Semi-detached house adjoining the owners' residence. Entrance between two levels. Downstairs, a living room with kitchen (2 induction hobs, mini-oven, dishwasher, microwave, espresso machine) and a lounge area (TV, Wi-Fi). Upstairs, bedroom 1 (queen-size bed) with en-suite shower room and separate WC, and bedroom 2 (queen-size bed), a small suite with its own lounge, en-suite shower room, and separate WC. Electric heating is extra. Bed linen and towels are provided. Beds are made upon arrival. Cleaning service is extra. Shared, unfenced grounds. Private terrace. Garden furniture. Barbecue. Sun loungers. Parking. Maryline and Joël's house is located at the end of a small lane winding through the rolling countryside in the heart of the Val de Saire. This traditional stone farmhouse, with its intoxicating wisteria fragrance in spring and vibrant flowerpots bursting with color, offers an ideal and relaxing setting for anyone seeking tranquility. Just steps from the Saire River, the gentle lapping of the water and the surrounding nature will bring you rest and serenity. After years of running a bed and breakfast, the owners have renovated the living area to create a self-catering cottage for four people. Close to Cherbourg and its Cité de la Mer (Maritime Museum), you can also explore the gems of the Val de Saire region, such as the Gatteville lighthouse, the port of Barfleur, and Tatihou Island.  
  
The price does not include: Charging for an electric or hybrid vehicle.
