In an old building, 70 m² duplex with private rear garden and courtyard parking in the heart of the village of Gommecourt, 5 km from Giverny and 3 km from La Roche Guyon, this location is particularly central for walks on the Chemin des Crêtes and visits.   
Newly fitted kitchen, washing machine, fridge-freezer. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms with 160 x 200 beds and bathroom. Ground floor: 140 x 190 sofa bed. Paris 50 min by A13.
