Located between Portofino and Santa Margarita and on the hiking paths to reach both places without walking with the traffic on the road. Bus goes in either direction every 15 minutes if you don’t want to walk. Gem of a hotel. Small, clean, functional. Great breakfast. Accommodating friendly staff. Owner gave us a small bottle of limoncina when we checked out.

I was surprised that as a hotel guest I had to pay 30 euros to park my car for the night. If you go here, take the walking path to Portafino, it’s beautiful!

The property and the staff were amazing, the rooms were clean and comfortable, we would stay here again and again, the breakfast was great and to our surprise it was included. The location was perfect, we even invited the host to come and stay with us in Miami if they came to visit. Loved it

We enjoyed the hotel...it was much cheaper than other options ... we did have to pay 30 Euros a day for parking but even with that...it was the best price. Our favorite thing was the sweet staff and the amazing delicious breakfast !!

Wonderful 1 night stay in Paraggi. Perfect location right across the street from the beach. Could see the water from our room. Room everything that we needed. Breakfast was very nice. Great service. Parking lot next door with parking for ~20-30 dollar nightly. Short and beautiful 30 min walk to Portofino via the "Walk of Kisses." The water at Paraggi is very clear and many fish to see.

We stayed in the rooftop suite which has remarkable views of the Paraggi bay with a hammock and spacious table and chairs, and lounge chairs. We loved enjoying quiet time up here away from the crowds. It’s a four-floor hike up tiny stairs, so don’t bring your big luggage to this stop, and be ready for a workout every day! Unfortunately the hot tub was broken, which was a big disappointment. The hotel overall is small and charming, with minimal amenities. We wished our room had a coffee/espresso maker so we didn’t have to hike down four flights just for coffee. The breakfast was wonderful and staff were all very kind and friendly. We would return for the quiet time and great views.

We could not have been happier with the Hotel Argentina. We had room #10 that was spacious and had its own bathroom. It is a European hotel where there is no lift, so be prepared. The staff is amazing, friendly and we took advantage of their boat tour which I would highly recommend! The location of the property is perfect nestled between Portofino and Santa Margherita Liguria. And you can’t miss some time on the beach of Paraggi bay. We will be coming back!

The hotel was very nice and clean... Beautiful quaint room. It is located in Paraggi, which is a very good alternative to Portofino... And there's a beautiful path that takes one ~20 mins to Portofino

Exceeded Expectations
This hotel had a fantastic location on Paraggi beach and just a quick walk to Portofino. The hotel is steps from the beach so you can go swimming in less than a minute. The included breakfast was by far the best we have had during our 7 week trip to Europe and the customer service in the restaurant and at front desk were absolutely fantastic. We had a late check in and they communicated everything we needed to know to check in on our own. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. We highly recommend this hotel!

This hotel was one of the best places we have stayed on out trip. The Paradise room at the top of the hotel, was just that, paradise. Incredible view of the inlet. The staff was very happy and friendly. We left feeling like we wanted to come back immediately.

A lovable little hotel
A perfect stay. This is an affordable spot to enjoy local swimming, food and drink. The staff makes this two star hotel play much higher. Bravo.

Across the street from the beach, walking distance to Portofino about half a mile along the sea, lovely walk or walk the trail above thru the woods with lovely views. Continental breakfast at hotel, wifi, nice staff. Rooms were comfortable. On the bus route to both Portofino and Santa Margherita Ligure a few kilometres away. Bus is 3 euros one way or 5 roundtrip.

We booked specifically as it was steps away from a sandy beach. I will be submitting video of the dredger and crane working in said bay the whole two days. Hammers, workmen etc etc. The room is clean and bed good BUT adjacent to the shared bathroom fir other room so we had the “pleasure” of not only hearing the other guest ablutions but also the huge metal key fob banging on our door every time they used bathroom.. very noisy, water running, toilet, hairdryer etc. One afternoon hotel restaurant closed from lunch onwards that’s ok but they couldn’t even serve us a cold drink?? Place ok fir youngsters/backpackers maybe although the €130 a night may restrict. I wouldn’t stay again. Works been going on here since last October after terrible flood so when we booked in May Expedia/hotel should have advised. CHECK IF WORKS FINISHED before you book and don’t have room 11 .

Great place to explore Portofino area
The place is tucked next to Portofino a small harbor. Beautiful and quiet. You can walk along the sea to get to it. Nice simple hotel at an affordable price for this area. Very friendly staff, good breakfast. Loved the restaurant room with it's arches and the sun coming in the morning. We were there in April so very quiet and low key. We enjoyed it very much

This is a fantastic place to stay and a great deal! I went with 2 of my friends for spring break when we were studying abroad and they upgraded our room. We went on the off season and just after a storm so the beach across the street was closed, but it was still absolutely stunning. This hotel is in the best location as it is about a mile from Santa Margherita and a mile from Portofino. There is a restaurant in the hotel that is a Michelin Star restaurant that we got dinner at both nights, one night as a sit-down dinner and the other to go. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast spread is very good. I would highly recommend.

Small friendly Hotel in Paraggi Bay
The hotel was nice and comfortable just opposite the beach in Paraggi Bay. The breakfast was plentiful and fresh. Wi-fi worked well. The staff were very helpful anf friendly. The room was spotlessly clean. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend it to others.
