Also close enough to the market, butchers, bars, newspapers that can be easily reached on foot. The house has good exterior finishes with local stone, has beautiful wooden windows and is well equipped and furnished. The apartment, on the ground floor, is composed by living room with kitchen, a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and washing machine, a comfortable covered terrace with built-in barbecue, a small private outdoor space which is accessed by an external staircase. This apartment can be used by 3 people .. Private parking not covered. Linen is not included and can be rented separately as long as requested at the time of booking or well in advance of the start of the holiday. Sep 15, 2023 Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### bruttissima esperienza la nostra vacanza è stata rovinata perchè all' arrivo in appartamento in tarda serata dopo un lungo viaggio in nave per il brutto tempo abbiamo trovato un ambiente malsano poichè al piano terra dell'appartamento, che è disposto su due livelli, costituito da una camera da letto e un bagno c'era un intenso odore di acqua stagnante per noi insopportabile che probabilmente proveniva dal bagno e rendeva impossibile rimanere e soprattutto dormirci. Abbiamo fatto presente il problema alla proprietaria che ha saputo solo essere scontrosa e continuare a comunicarci che nessuno si era mai lamentato. La sera di arrivo in cui eravamo molto stanchi, siamo stati abbandonati dalla proprietaria contattata al telefono e dalla referente che si era presentata per accoglierci, senza alcuna attenzione e disponibilità ad aiutarci a risolvere il disagio segnalato. Abbiamo dovuto cercarci un albergo per poter dormire la notte e il giorno dopo non siamo riusciti a trovare un accordo con la proprietaria per sistemare il problema. Abbiamo trovato una difficoltà di dialogo inspiegabile nei confronti di ospiti . Dopo molta insistenza la proprietaria si è decisa a fare un sopralluogo nell'appartamento ma ha saputo solo dirci che non rilevava particolari odori. A questo punto ci siamo sentiti solo più presi in giro e profondamente delusi dell'accoglienza e disponibilità e siamo dovuti andare via senza trovare quantomeno un accordo economico. Inoltre c’è una bellissima terrazza da cui si intravedono la quinta e la quarta spiaggia, che sono molto vicine. Complimenti anche per la precisione e la pulizia con cui ci è stato consegnato.
