« Absolutely Great stay. The host was outstanding and responded to us very quickly with all our questions. The history and the view are outstanding. We went fishing and walked on the Forge all the way across right at our front door. One of the best places I ever stayed. Must visit Downtown Shepherdtown and Hapers Ferry. Sooo much history . Also must eat at Rock Hill Creamery absolutely the best ice cream Ive ever had. »

« We celebrated our wedding anniversary here, staying in the Peacock Room. The house is gorgeous with beautiful things to look at and sumptuous nooks to pause in. We had a some time to walk around in the morning and enjoy the peaceful grounds as well. Our hostess was so kind, and the breakfast was an epic and auspicious way to start the day.
