Ca l'Apostol Nou, Villa with a swimming pool

"We had a lovely stay - it's a beautiful villa in a stunning location and the pool is fantastic. There is air con in all the rooms (apart from the kitchen) which was great and lots of space inside. The outdoor seating area is spacious and the poolside WC and bbq area is a bonus. The villa is situated down some very narrow country lanes and you do need a car to access the nearby shops and restaurants. There are no large bins on site and the nearest large bin is either a 40 min walk away (there and back) or a drive. Due to its countryside location there are also a lot of mosquitoes at this time of year. Overall, a beautiful villa in a lovely, quiet area so perfect for family holidays if you don't mind driving to the nearest shops/ restaurants."

"Wonderful property and staff. Food and wine were excellent. My only concern when booking the hotel was the remote nature and distance from coves/beaches. That wasn’t an issue at all. Easy access to the water and town. Would absolutely stay here again. Saltwater water pool was a nice touch."

"The property is excellent and the ideal location for a quiet stay, but within easy reach of a wide variety of excellent beaches, markets, picturesque towns, and all necessary amenities.We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book the property again.Margalida was an excellent host and always there if we needed her advice or recommendations, though she was never overbearing. It was lovely to wake up to the odd breakfast treat left outside early in the morning.The property is better than the photos depict: A lovely open garden with ample space and a beautify pool. Areas for shade and sun. Three comfortable, large bedrooms - all en-suite and with air conditioning. One of the bedrooms was fully accessible- as was the outside, without steps - meaning that somebody with mobility issues could easily stay at the property. The other two bedrooms are upstairs. The kitchen was adequately equipped for a two week stay.Thank you very much, we hope to be back one day!!"

"Property was ideal for a large group. Nice size pool. Various areas to sit and relax. Nice kitchen but the electric would trip out when cooking. Only two old plastic cups and a couple of plastic plates for poolside - need more! We arrived late so asked for a welcome pack with some food. The pool cleaning net was broken and needs renewing. You alsoNeed new table tennis bats. We took some with us which was just as well. Nice peaceful location. Good bbq and laundry washing facility. The bin cupboard in the kitchen needs attention. Mattresses on the beds are a bit hard and didn’t find any spare pillows. The checkout time is quite early especially when you need to eat breakfast and when you have young children to get ready to leave and tidy up. We had a late flight that day so having breakfast before leaving was essential. 1100 would be a more reasonable time. We enjoyed our week there. Very relaxing. Just a few things to address and it would get 5 stars."

"Enjoyed our stay. The villa is clean but a bit rustic. The pool is large and well maintained. The bedrooms all had good AC. Some of the bathrooms need updating. The kitchen was small but had everything needed. A car is definitely required. The outdoor furniture was good, but the large table needed varnishing.We were six adults and four children and overall we had a great stay."

"Le logement etait bien adapté pour une famille de 7 personnes. La grande piscine est un véritable atout pour se rafraichir et le preau est idéal pour prendre ses repas à l abri du soleil. Le jardin est tres agreable avec la possibilite de manger des oranges et citrons. L endroit est bien situe au calme à proximité de Pollenca et des plages. Il n y avait pas de climatisation mais des ventilateurs pour chaque chambre et pour la pièce principale. Les serviettes de bain ont ete changées en milieu de semaine. Quelques points d amélioration si c est possible : une localisation plus précise pour éviter de chercher le logement, changer les chaises en bois extérieures qui n étaient pas tres confortables et prevoir qques produits de premiere necessite comme poivre, sel, huile, produit lave vaisselle, lessive, produits douche. Sinon tout etait parfait pour passer d excellentes vacances"
