This detached cottage resides in the hamlet of Ballydevlin, near the village of Goleen and can sleep seven people in four bedrooms.  
  
The Schooner is a fabulous, detached cottage near the village of Goleen in County Cork. It boasts four bedrooms; a king-size double, a double, a ground floor twin and a ground floor single, sleeping seven people altogether. The interior also offers a bathroom, a ground floor shower room, an open-plan living room with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with open fire, as well as a second sitting room with a woodburning stove and a sun room. To the exterior is ample off-road parking, a decked area with garden furniture, a second patio area and a large lawned area with seating. The Schooner offers spacious accommodation with fabulous countryside views and glimpses of the sea in the distance. Please Note: The property will sleep 6 people from October 2023.  
  
Amenities: Oil central heating with open fire and woodburning stove. Oven and hob, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, WiFi, TV, DVD, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for fire/stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available. Ample off-road parking. Region: County Cork is full of truly breathtaking natural beauty. With unspoilt beaches, historic castles, and modern visitor attractions, there’s plenty for all ages to absorb and there is always plenty to see and do in County Cork.  
  
Town: Goleen sits on the south-western tip of Ireland, in County Cork, offering four pubs, two shops, a petrol station and a fast food restaurant, helping to cater for the tourists who visit the village each year. Just four miles away is the large Blue Flag sandy beach at Barley Cove, while a little further on the visitor centre at Mizen Head is well worth a visit. Activities in the area include golf, horse riding, walking, angling, sailing, diving, birdwatching and surfing, while further afield the market town of Skibbereen offers a variety of shops, restaurants and pubs.
