We checked in after 9P. The man at the front desk was welcoming & friendly. The hotel was very clean & looked fairly new inside. The free breakfast offered a lot of options & everything was fresh. The area around the hotel is very safe, with many stores & restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again!

Traveling north from S.C. We decided to break our drive & book a hotel after 5:00 on the Saturday before Easter. We were pleasantly surprised to not only find a room, but the cleanest, best all-around hotel we’ve stayed in a long time (including high $ Marriotts & Hilton). The breakfast was fresh, hot & abundant. The girl at the front desk & the girl working the breakfast buffet were friendly & welcoming. Wonderful experience!

Have stayed here several time. Young woman at front desk so friendly. She also set up and cooked breakfast. Breakfast plentiful and very good. Will stay here again.

We travel with the kids a lot. Never have I been told I need a second room because there are 5 of us. I was forced to get a second room and was told I can’t use a 3rd party provider such as Expedia and I had to pay their rate for the second room. I called the neighboring hotel and asked if they have that policy and they laughed so I’ll be staying there on our travels home

We were heading home from Florida and made a reservation here for an overnight stay. We arrived around 4:00pm, went out to dinner and came back, went to bed and got up around 3:30am to leave early to beat the traffic for another 6-7 hours on the road. The room was comfortable & clean, other than that I can’t comment any more.

It's ok for a one-night stop. Room was a good size and clean. Conveniently located off I-95 and next to the factory outlets. However, the shower pressure is pretty low, so that was a big negative for us.

This hotel is way nicer than expected for a basic chain interstate hotel. Room was spacious, clean, quiet, comfortable. Front desk and breakfast staff were very nice. Breakfast was standard fare but clean, well organized, tasty.

We were very satisfied with this Best Western. Rooms were very clean and modern. Staff was always very nice and greeted you when you entered or left the facility. Breakfast was good and kitchen staff was very helpful. We will definitely stay here again!
