"early check in by Rojina carried out in a quick efficient friendly manner and 7th floor room overlooking park appreciated- however, as I went to the single lift serving floor 7 a couple with exceptionally heavy luggage were wrecking it which meant a climb from 6th each time for the whole of my stay! single room was spacious with opening window (no a/c so hot when sun out in afternoon) quiet despite busy traffic comfy bed great breakfast- convenient for tube and bus - recommended "

"Staff was wonderful. I get nervous taking trains and I had to get to airport. Mehdi went above and beyond to calm my nerves. Eventually we decided that taking a cab would be better for me, so he actually walked with me to get me into a cab which took credit cards (some don’t). Thank you Mehdi!!!!"

"The front desk staff was very helpful. The morning breakfast was very good and most convenient to get the day started. The room was pretty small, but we adjusted to that. The elevator worked well and was handy. The location was a little bit further from "the action" in London, but there were plenty of transportation options to use. At night the rooms were quiet.
