I’ve only had one issue over a misunderstanding over breakfast which was rather unpleasant until the customer experience lead got involved, and she straightened it right out. "Overall the hotel is well maintained and very clean. The staff are helpful and accommodating. The location is excellent and the breakfast was very good. I did notice some stains on the rug in the room and that bothered me a little. Personally, I think the carpet under the bed which is there for purely aesthetic reasons needs to be kept immaculately clean or not used at all. The safe in the room has an outlet built into it. I guess for some guests it is a way of charging devices while they are being protected. However, I had medication that had to be kept at room temperature and I put in the safe (habit) and I later discovered that the safe produces heat as a result of that outlet. Luckily I discovered this before my medication reached a temperature that would have spoiled it and I began to store it outside of the safe. But it’s just something to be mindful of if you have temperature sensitive items. I never informed the hotel. So it’s really not an issue they were aware of or could address. Overall it’s a great hotel in a great location. With an excellent breakfast. "

"Breakfast was really good, totally worth it. Bathroom amenities were lacking. Did not find a soap, except for liquid. There was a single shower towel. The hose on the shower detached mid shower and there was no direct way to redirect water back to the overhead stationary shower head. I had to rinse with tub faucet water. But the main issue was the fact that I had booked 4 nights same as my flight. When my flight changed I had to book the day before. So I could stay only 3 nights. When I shared that with hotel staff they recommended I have Expedia send a request to the hotel and they would approve it. They said we approve this all the time. When the request was sent from Expedia hotel reservations desk rejected it. It made me feel somehow treated differently than other previous cases. Staff at front desk were stunned and in disbelief. Oh Well!!!"
