Completely equipped including, private state of the art outdoor hot tub, wireless internet, 3 decks, fireplace, BBQ, soaker tub/shower. Attached single heated garage. Bedding is top notch. Walk to 4 restaurants, general store and 2 pubs or just 10 minutes away from a world class golf course and biking and hiking trails. Lots of fishing and picnic areas. CALL FOR POTENTIAL 1 NIGHT STAYS AND LAST MINUTE Complete Professionally cleaned each stay. Suited to a family or mature adults . (this is our second home). The neighborhood incorporates families who live and work year round thus the consideration for general peace and quiet. We may be able to accommodate same day last minute bookings if coordinated. We may accept single nights during the week (Mon - Thurs) if coordinated. (call ) . Any stays that fall during a long weekend must be minimum of 3 nights. Security or Damage Deposit A refundable security/damage deposit of 750 CAD is due on arrival. Credit Card is accepted for credit card damage deposit "hold" Pet Policy, Deposit and Fees Pets are allowed. Fee of 18.00 CAD is charged for every 1 day(s). The sand and rocks beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. There is a public boat launch ramp. Snow Skiing and Boarding Ski/Board Out is directly to a downhill run from the property. Ski/Board In is a 2 minute walk to the property. This is a true ski-in ski-out direct to door collection of 18 town homes. You can ski directly downhill (1 minute) on a path that leads to Gondola. There is no walking necessary until spring skiing break up. Internet Service and Fee Internet is included in the rent Code obtained from owner, Hot Tub Service and Fee There is a hot tub heating or maintenance fee. One-time fee of 49.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants. This reservation has a No Refunds cancellation policy. There are no refunds given for this property. The condo fit our family perfectly. Having the hot tub at the end of the day to relax in was a huge hit as well. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. Even though we had to do a little more driving, the accommodations made it worth while. It took some planning, but we were able to leave in the morning and be gone most of the day to see and hike many sights. Way more affordable here than staying in Banff area with a family of 6 young adults. You do get your exercise going up and down the stairs, but main floor master was perfect for parents and we made the kids do the climbing. We would go back. ##### Stacy W. This was a convenient location and layout and the owners were easy to deal with. Overall the unit was very nicely appointed. It is a short walk to ski. The hot tub was very nice after a day of skiing. The kitchen is small if you like to cook. It would have been nice if there was a TV to watch movies in the evening or catch a hockey game. There is really nothing to do after the ski resort closes down in the afternoon. ##### Alissa L. It was a very short ski to the gondola. The condo was perfect for us. There was plenty of room for our family of four. The communication with Bear was easy and prompt. The condo everything we needed. The location was central to both Yoho and Glacier parks. This would be a great condo for a family… for two couples, not as ideal as second and third bedrooms were very small.
