Golden's newest condo building with a super-sized balcony! 1 Bed/1 Bath unit with a pull-out couch in the living room is a perfect space for a couple or small family. Fully stocked kitchen with a high-end coffee machine with fresh grinds every cup, in-suite laundry & a walk-in closet. Enjoy the views from the large balcony (the only 1 bedroom unit which offers this) with fire table, outdoor dining table, couch and nest chair. Steps away from the river / trails, downtown, grocery store, distillery, brewery, cafe & restaurants. Free 24hr parking & storage for bikes and gear on premise. 24hr check-in.  
  
Note: There is some on-going construction in the commercial space on the main floor of the building which may cause some noise but is limited to business hour activity.

The condo was very nice. Totally equipped with everything you would need. The balcony was amazing to sit and unwind after a day of driving. Would recommend to anyone.

Gilles' place is really nice and comfy, just as described. It's a brand new condo development with a perfect location. We had a great time during our 4 nights stay and would definitely consider it again in the future.
