The open-concept living area includes a sectional sofa, two modern side chairs, a wall-mounted television, and a large collection of movies and games. A dedicated workspace and reading nook with an egg chair provide quiet places to relax or work remotely. The dining area seats 7 to 8 and flows into a newly updated kitchen featuring stone backsplash, granite counters, and stainless steel appliances. A full bathroom with a tub and shower combo is also located on the main level. Upstairs, a loft-style sleeping area offers two queen beds, separated by cedar privacy walls, and a convenient half bath. Just beyond is a spacious bedroom with a king bed, two twin beds, a reading space, and a private balcony overlooking the lake. Outdoor Living Step outside onto the expansive deck, complete with a dining table, lounge seating, and a large griddle—ideal for preparing breakfast or dinner with a view. The fenced backyard includes a large fire pit area with ample firewood provided. It’s a lake view with no direct lake access from the house due to cliffs but lake access is within a few minute walk to the cove next to the house. At the cove, you can fish, swim, and cliff jump! If you have a boat, there is plenty of room to park it in the driveway and a launch ramp is within a 5 minute drive. This house is located on the peaceful quiet side of the lake perfect for wake boarding and skiing. The house was well equipped and very clean for all of our family’s needs. We cooked dinner almost every night and enjoyed the library of movies. Wi-Fi can be spotty so the movies were a great addition. Overall would highly recommend and stay again. Everything was very clean and felt like home. We spent most of our time on the large deck in the back overlooking the lake. The location is a short drive from Dogwood Canyon which is well worth visiting. ##### Amanda W.
