We booked the honeymoon sweet the jauzzi tub didnt work the handle broke while filling, the jets didnt work. Got moved to regular room. Went to check out got told I was only gon a be charged for the regular room price of X amount. Got charged almost double of said price. Called front desk when i finally got my bill and told there was only a 45 dollar difference per night for honeymoon suite versus regular suite. NEVER GOING BACK

This hotel needs upgrading - maintenance. Fairly run down overalll. Our room's bathroom light didn't work, the tap in the sink needs repair and the furniture in the room was old and mismatched. Not nearly the quality we have seen in almost all other Holiday Inn Express hotels we've stayed in. Disappointed.

Decent value but very boring sad breakfast.
Nice room, good bed. Pool was nice and warm but as usual the hot tub was out of service without warning. I wish these type of hotels would opt out of providing guests with the “breakfast included” when they provide such a substandard simple breakfast. The coffee was terrible, the pre-made “omelettes” were not good. The beans they offered was a warming carafe with a single layer of beans spread across the bottom, sad. The porridge in the pot was completely watered down and not eatable. On the second day we just skipped this and went to one of the early morning breakfast delis nearby and paid for a quality breakfast.

Had a nice stay. Very clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly. Only a couple things - ac unit/register was a bit loud when the fan turned on, and it would be nice to have a weight rack in the fitness centre as there were only a couple kettle bells.

Stains on the carpets in the room were unpleasant and should probably be replaced. Staff were somewhat accommodating when asking for things like water but severely over priced - I paid $5 for a bottle of water and a chocolate bar which seems pretty high.

Booked 2 nights. Sink wouldn't drain on first night. Switched rooms second night. When I turned on the shower it made a load screeching sound. Turned on and off the shower head but nothing helped. Loud screeching shower. Then went down to try the pool. Key card wouldn't open the door. Asked front desk staff to open and they did. Went into hot tub and literally 2-3 cups of gravel in the bottom. Decided to go in the pool instead. Walked over and water was so green you couldn't see the bottom. Went with a name brand because after 2 days of hard work I didn't want to mess around with potentially substandard accommodations. Turns out substandard would be an overly complimentary when describing this stay.

The smell in the elevator and the 2nd floor hallway was not pleasant. The room itself was fresh and clean, thank goodness.
