« The cabin was immaculate. Kitchen had everything we needed. Lots of little touches to make us feel welcome like fresh eggs and s’mores. It feels like you are way out in the country, but an easy trip into town. Loved having our own hot tub. Callie, the farm cat, was so sweet and we enjoyed meeting the alpacas, goats, chickens. Hosts were very welcoming and responsive. We would definitely return! »

« The home was easy to access and very clean upon entry. We were pleased to find that the owner had even supplied toiletries and laundry soap! The only critiques we had were that there were towels in the dryer and the shower upstairs handle was wonky, so cold was hot and hot was cold. Otherwise, it was fantastic and beautiful. We would definitely stay here again with our family of 7. »

« We found the place very comfortable. The Living Room / Kitchen area downstairs & all bedrooms bathroom upstairs was interesting. We had a few questions initially that Owner answered promptly. The King size bed was extremely comfortable. There was a super cute child’s bed quaintly tucked away in a closet area which we did not use but it was a great use of the space. I also really enjoyed watching the planes land off in the distance at the Airport in the evening. A lot of space for a great rate. »

« Very nice and well-appointed with everything we needed for a short stay. The house was clean, beds are comfortable, and the kitchen/dining area is spacious with a view into the back yard. Downtown is close by, and the neighborhood seemed just fine. The bathroom is small with a tight corner walk-in shower, but it was no problem for us. I'll definitely stay here again! »

« Beautiful place to stay. We came to Jacksonville to see a show at the Britt. Less than 5 minute drive to town. lots to see and do in a very small town. Good food everywhere Breakfast Lunch Dinner. The owners were away so we had the whole hill to ourselves, well Us and the abundance of wild life. Plenty of deer and turkeys. Comfortable place, lots of room. Big kitchen and bedrooms. "The staff was very kind and friendly, but the check-in process was quite slow. Unfortunately, in our first room, the toilet wasn’t working. We were moved to another room, but in that one, the ventilation wasn’t working either. After all the back and forth with changing rooms and moving our things, we were hoping to relax by the pool. Sadly, there were no clean towels available, and we had to wait about 30 minutes to get some, even after asking two different staff members. So overall, a bit of a mixed experience. The room was comfortable, and the staff was always smiling and pleasant, but there were a few inconveniences that made the stay less enjoyable than expected."
