They are completely harmless but can be annoying in the outside areas. We have pest control come often and trim the trees where we can. It was clean and redone but I'm not sure it was worth the price. It did over look the river but it was a ways away and not approachable. I didn't receive the checkin information until I emailed the manager in the evening of my stay. Not terrible but I think I would skip it for the price next time.
