Parties & Noise • Absolutely no parties or events of any kind. • Quiet hours are from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM. • Any party behaviour not disclosed prior to arrival may incur an additional $200 cleaning fee and possible cancellation of your stay. Pets • Pets are welcome with prior approval. • A $50 pet fee per animal (max. 1) will apply, charged separately from the reservation. • Pets are not allowed on beds, and must not cause any damage to furniture or walls. • You’ll be asked to answer a few questions about your pet prior to check-in. Security Cameras • For safety and to prevent unauthorised gatherings, security cameras are installed in the front and backyard. • These must remain active at all times. Tampering or disabling the cameras will be considered a serious violation and may result in immediate cancellation of the booking. ⸻ Things You Need to Know Before You Book • Only the number of guests listed in your booking is permitted to stay. • Only bedding for the confirmed number of guests will be provided. Our home is professionally treated on a regular basis. You may occasionally see dead insects, which is a sign the treatment is working — not an infestation. If you encounter live pests, please notify us immediately.
