Open living area with a smart TV and a sofa bed for extra guests. Fully equipped kitchen – cook up a storm or enjoy takeaway with a view. Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi and free secure parking. Please note, we cannot assume responsibility for lost items or belongings left behind. Oct 6, 2025 Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location We stayed at this property for four days and were really disappointed with the experience from the moment we arrived.I had requested an early check-in, which wasn’t accommodated — in fact, we were left waiting for the keys until after 3:00pm. The check-in process was disorganised and not welcoming.When we finally entered the apartment, the main bed was completely broken — the slats were in pieces. My husband had to rebuild it himself and buy nails to make it safe to sleep in. The floors were filthy, and within seconds of walking barefoot our feet turned black. The ensuite shower head also wasn’t working properly and needed fixing.The air conditioner barely produced any cool air, and the portable fans provided in the apartment did not work. It was extremely hot and uncomfortable at night, especially as we had to keep the windows closed due to the noise outside. The heat was unbearable, so we purchased three new fans ourselves just to make the stay tolerable.To make matters worse, the fire alarms went off throughout the building on Saturday night. It took the fire brigade nearly an hour to arrive due to traffic — they eventually left their truck and walked to the apartment to sort the situation. It was quite frightening and made us question the building’s safety measures.We had looked forward to a comfortable, relaxing stay, but unfortunately, this property didn’t meet even basic standards of comfort or upkeep. ##### Courtney W.
