With restaurants, golf courses, and beaches just minutes away, this is the perfect place to embrace the waterfront lifestyle.  
This contemporary two-storey retreat greets you with a manicured garden and sleek façade, opening into light-filled interiors designed for easy living. Inside, the light-filled living area invites you to unwind on the oversized L-shaped sofa with a large-screen TV and Netflix, while expansive windows frame the tranquil canal outlook.  
  
At the heart of the home, the kitchen features an oversized island bench, walk-in pantry, and premium appliances, including an oven, stove, dishwasher, fridge, and coffee maker. Nearby, a dining table for eight offers the perfect setting for shared meals against the backdrop of the water.  
  
Outdoors, a spacious patio extends into the garden, fitted with an alfresco dining set and lounge seating under a ceiling fan, all with serene water views. The fenced lawn beyond offers a safe place to unwind or enjoy the waterfront lifestyle, with marinas and walking paths just steps away.  
  
Each bedroom is thoughtfully styled with crisp linens and blackout blinds to ensure restful sleep across two levels. Upstairs, you’ll find the primary suite with a queen bed and an ensuite, a second queen bedroom, a third with two singles, and a fourth with a queen bed. Downstairs, a fifth bedroom includes a queen bed and a cot, ideal for families. The bathrooms feature glass showers, a bathtub, and complimentary amenities, while a private laundry with a washer, dryer, drying rack, ironing board, and generous storage adds everyday convenience.  
  
For work or study, a dedicated home office provides a quiet space with reliable Wi-Fi to keep you connected. A children’s playroom with a teepee, toys, and child-sized furniture keeps little ones entertained. Year-round comfort is assured with central air conditioning and heating, and parking is effortless with a secure double garage for four vehicles plus free 24/7 street parking nearby.

The Hope Island Marketplace is just 17 minutes on foot, perfect for picking up essentials or enjoying a café stop, while Phil Hill Park is a 14-minute walk for green spaces. Golfers are only a 7-minute drive from the world-class Hope Island Golf Course, and in around 10 minutes, you can be at Paradise Point, where sandy beaches, leafy parks, and waterside dining invite you to linger.
