Ocean and hinterland. The location is convenient. Close to airport, Currumbin and Burleigh. The property presents well, is clean and comfortable. However, the instructions for key collection/drop off was deceiving and very inconvenient. The pharmacy where we collected the key was not 2 blocks from Royal Palms, it was 1.3km each way. Waaay too far to schlep luggage or walk in pouring rain. Another complication was the lack of coat hangers. We had suits, shirts and gowns to hang up, but no coat hangers. The magnificent views alone were worth it. Leanne was super accommodating with check in and check out times, her communication was prompt. The apartment offered everything we needed including pool towels. Leanne even left a little welcome package. The apartment complex was great too, car park in the basement. Great elevators (important for me) , the pool and spa are just stunning and open very late which was just what we loved. Coles is just up the road as well as lots of coffee shops and eateries.
