The bedrooms are nice and big, comfy beds, 3 bathrooms & 4 toilets. The location was great, a quick walk to the beach or restaurants. There is a very large apartment building being built next door, the price was discounted because of construction but we didn’t find the construction intrusive to our stay. We did find some of our phones kept switching between QLD and NSW time being right on the border. There was a whole list of issues with it. Too many to detail here but to highlight a few…It was not properly cleaned. many furnishings and fixtures were stained, worn or broken. Blinds had mould.dead cockroach in a frying pan. Oven not working. When we notified the property manager they were very apologetic but then failed to adequately compensate and were difficult to deal with in this matter.
