The open plan living and dining area features breath-taking views of the ocean and Surfers Paradise skyline, seamlessly opening out onto a breezy, elevated balcony, functional for both living and dining.
The contemporary, well appointed kitchen features stone benchtops and a full suite of high-quality, stainless-steel appliances, including refrigerator, integrated dishwasher, induction cooktop, oven, microwave and a Nespresso machine, for a truly relaxing stay.
You’ll also appreciate additional inclusions such as complimentary wi-fi, ducted air-conditioning, a private rooftop spa and BBQ area, a modern yet spacious bathroom, fully laundry facilities including, washing machine and dryer, and secure onsite parking. With everything you could possibly need (and more) right on your doorstep, you’ll be planning your next visit to this breath-taking penthouse for years to come.

Also a short walk or drive to Via Roma shopping precinct on Isle of Capri and close to Bundall CBD or the trendy locale of Chevron Island, including the HOTA arts and entertainment precinct.

Safety: Please note this apartment is on the top floor of the complex and features a balcony and rooftop penthouse.
Noise Policy:
Our apartment Is fitted with a noise monitor. The neighbours around us are permanent residents and it is important their homes is also kept peaceful and respected. We always follow strict noise regulations and ask you to be respectful and considerate. Strictly no parties or gathering are to be held in this property. Any breach of these regulations may result in eviction without a refund of the remaining funds or deposit.
"Things You Need to Know Before You Book"
- All guest joining must be 25 yrs old and above unless it is a family stay with small children.
- Group stay will be subject for approval. Please inquire prior to booking if you are a group.
- We have rental agreement as part of our terms and conditions. Guest must sign the rental agreement.
- We also require a copy of the their ID (front and back). This is separate from Airbnb identity verification.
- We also require a Security deposit which we will authorize separately. See House rules for more info
- For last minute booking within 3 days, guests will be asked to send a selfie holding their credit card as an additional security measure. This is to ensure legitimacy and prevent fraudulent transaction.
- All confirmed reservations made starting on the 9th of January, 2023 will be subject to an extra public holiday surcharge which will be equal to 50% of the cleaning price if you'll check out on a public holiday. This is to be charged separately a week before your arrival, or immediately if less than a week.
- Back to back changeovers and one night stays we cannot guarantee spa will be heat by check in as it requires us to fully empty clean and refill before each guest.
We require a security charge hold bond for your booking which is held externally. As pro/Api hosts with Airbnb, our company (BNB BOOKING) is permitted to do so.
