If pets are found to be in the apartment, we are required by building management to have professional cleaning and pest control undertaking immediately. A fee of $500 is charged to cover these cleaning costs. The Oracle observes a quiet time between 9pm and 8am. Please refrain from loud noise during this time. Check in time during school holidays is 3pm . This is due to ensure the apartments are appropriately cleaned during the peak period. While we offer spare keys via our security team for after hours lock outs (11pm to 7am), a $200 call-out fee applies and must be paid before key handover. Furthermore, any reported anti-social or illegal activities, like unauthorised parties or excessive noise between 9pm - 8 am, will incur a $250 call-out fee. Excellent location. The property itself was well maintained and very clean, and the facilities in the building were great. Small details such as having basic pantry items, shampoo, soaps, laundry items were perfect and made our stay that much easier! Steve is a teriffic host who takes a lot of care in the property and his guests. We never had any issues, but he was thoughtful enough to ask how our stay was going.
