It has a partial ocean view and is a great choice for travelers interested in relaxation, food, and theme parks. There is so much to do and see in Australia's most celebrated destination - Surfers Paradise, such as award-winning restaurants, bars festivals, and endless golden beaches. This apartment can host a maximum of 6 guests. The stylish self-contained apartment has a partial ocean view and features two separate bedrooms, a living room, two bathrooms, a well-functioned kitchen, and laundry. Bed configuration: Master suite - with 1 king bed (combined with two single beds) and ensuite bathroom with walk in shower Second bedroom - 2 single beds Living room - with a TV, lounge, and 1 double-size sofa bed. ( There is an extra cost to use the sofa bed..) \- a well-functioned kitchen with a dining table \- a bathroom with a walking shower and toilet \- a laundry with a washing machine and dryer \- a balcony with outdoor furniture The air conditioning unit is available in all rooms. The pictures are taken from Level 11\. There are free parking on-premises. The car park cannot be reserved AND FIRST COMES FIRST RESERVES. Due to availability, the car park can not be guaranteed in the peak season. Friendly reminder: There is ongoing construction across the street, which is now nearing completion. Please be aware that some daytime noise may still occur. We recommend keeping doors and windows closed to help minimise the disturbance. The construction may also partially block the view. As the building is still in progress, we are unable to provide an accurate photo of the view at the time of your stay. Thank you for your understanding. The following we provide may interest you: • Starred hotel linens and toiletries; (\*Due to safety and environmental issue, toiletries are provided in a small pack for about 3-day usage. Please bring your own toiletries if you plan to stay longer. \*\*) • Instant coffee and tea bags; • A double-size pull-out sofa bed for extra guests (Sofa bed bedding will be provided at extra cost). This apartment would be a perfect choice for families and friends to have a holiday or short break as well as a business trip to Gold Coast. • We kindly request that you respect our property and leave it in a clean condition upon your departure. Please do not move any furniture, and report any damages that occur during your stay. • Please note that an additional cleaning fee may apply if the room is excessively dirty or messy upon checkout. • We kindly ask that you refrain from consuming strongly scented foods, such as durian or curry, inside the room. This helps us maintain a pleasant environment for all our guests. • Please maintain low noise levels between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. and refrain from creating any disruptive noise. • Smoking is strictly prohibited. A $200 charge will be deducted from the security deposit for any evidence of smoking. • No parties or events on the premises. If such activities are reported during your stay, you will be asked to vacate the property immediately, and a charge of $300 will apply for any evidence of such gatherings. • We kindly remind our guests that pets are not permitted in our guesthouse. This policy helps us maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all our visitors. • If you find yourself locked out and require assistance from the manager, a $50 fee will be applicable between 9 a.m-5 p.m, a $100 fee will be applicable between 5 p.m-10 p.m. Please be aware that we cannot assist with key-related issues after 10 p.m. each day. • In case of a lost key, a $200 fee will be incurred for key replacement. • The use of illegal drugs is strictly forbidden on the property. Any violations will result in immediate contact with the authorities. Violation of this rule will result in termination of your occupancy, eviction, and forfeiture of rental fees. • Please be aware that access to the facilities in the building cannot be guaranteed, as maintenance will be conducted occasionally. We kindly ask that you adhere to the rules and available times posted on-site. Thank you for your cooperation. • Guests are kindly requested to ensure all personal belongings, such as clothing, jewellery, electronics, and other valuables, are collected prior to check-out. While we will make reasonable efforts to assist in recovering any items left behind, due to operational and procedural limitations, we cannot guarantee that all lost items can be recovered. If items are located and returned, guests may be responsible for any related postage or delivery costs. Lost items are generally retained for a limited period in accordance with our standard procedures, after which unclaimed items may be disposed of or handled appropriately.
