Offering a classic hotel experience in a prime location, our place is perfect for your Surfers Paradise getaway. This studio is located on level 11 and can host a maximum of 4 guests. In this studio, you will have: \- 1 living area with 2 double-size beds and air conditioning \- 1 bathroom with shower, toilet, and bathtub. \- Bar fridge, Wardrobe, and a desk in the living area. \- 1 balcony with open view. Important note： There is no parking and no internet provided within this studio booking. The following we provide may interest you: • Starred hotel linens and toiletries; (\*Due to safety and environmental issue, toiletries are provided in a small pack for about 3-day usage. While we will make reasonable efforts to assist in recovering any items left behind, due to operational and procedural limitations, we cannot guarantee that all lost items can be recovered. If items are located and returned, guests may be responsible for any related postage or delivery costs. Lost items are generally retained for a limited period in accordance with our standard procedures, after which unclaimed items may be disposed of or handled appropriately.
