Our standard check-in hour is at 3 pm and check-out is at 10 am, an earlier or later time might be accommodated subject to availability.  
  
Parking: There is ONE complementary designated underground parking spot comes with all bookings, the entry clearance is 2.2m

You can take the no.777 bus from the airport to Broadbeach South Station. Then walk around 4 minutes to the key collection then another 5 mins to the building.

Gorgeous apartment in a great location, had almost everything we needed. Building facilities are also great. The detractors were - advertised as 2.5 bathrooms but only had 2, 2nd bedroom can't in fact be made into a King as stated, requested additional sheets/towels for the futon and these were not initially left, only one set of keys provided for 7 people, and re the building one lift was out of order and the remaining two took a very long time - we were allowing 15 mins in the end just for the lift journey. On one occasion all three lifts were all out for about an hour right at a peak time. Communication was timely and helpful, but unfortunately couldn't resolve all of the problems we had.
