The full entertainer’s kitchen with an 8 seater dining table is perfect for preparing gourmet meals, and the outdoor terrace with a couch and 8 seater high bar table offers the ideal space for alfresco dining or sunset drinks.

\* Same-Day Bookings: Require at least 1 day’s notice to arrange housekeeping and check-in.  
  
\* Early Check-In: Guaranteed only by booking the night before.  
  
\* Starter Supplies: Essentials provided for arrival (toiletries, toilet paper, basic items) – not replenished during stay.  
  
\* Long Stays: 14–28 nights require a $300 mid-stay clean (non-negotiable). Over 28 nights = custom cleaning schedule.
