This 4-bedroom family home with pool, has an absolute waterfront location on the acclaimed Tallebudgera Creek and is within walking distance to the sandy shores of Palm Beach and nearby restaurants, cafes and boutiques. Fusing contemporary design with a coastal vibe, this triple level villa boasts all the luxuries for an outstanding escape, its multiple living and entertainment spaces offering something for everyone, all complemented by stunning waterfront views.  
  
Offering a quintessential Queensland experience, this 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home has been immaculately designed to maximise its glorious waterfront location. The famed waterways of the Gold Coast are literally your backyard, offering both expansive views and easy access to swimming and water activities.  
  
Newly built and spanning three levels, the ground floor is where memories are made. The stunning kitchen is equipped with all you need to entertain family and friends and lies alongside an oversized living and dining area. Looking down, you’ll see an additional indoor/outdoor dining area which flows to the outdoor terrace, BBQ and magnesium swimming pool. It’s here, where you’ll enjoy true Gold Coast living.

Nearby public transport and private garage parking with convenient access to the Gold Coast Highway means you can explore the sunshine state with ease and discover the beauty of the hinterland, swim in the ocean or natural pools or drink, dine and shop at the bustling Burleigh Heads.  
  
Gold Coast airport is a 10-minute drive, the world famous Surfers Paradise is 30 minutes and for a family day out, Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary is a mere 5 minutes or the Gold Coast theme parks are a half hour drive.
