Legacy 3 is located on the first floor at the front of a small block of units across from Bilinga/ North Kirra beach. This comfortable unit offers 2 bedrooms - master with queen and second with 2 single beds and spacious fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. The living area offers stunning ocean views and breezes including a shared balcony off the side of the unit. Ceiling fans in the loungeroom and both bedrooms. There are also communal laundry facilities and a single lock up garage for your convenience. This is affordable beachfront living in one of the finest positions. \* This property does not offer Wi-Fi. \* \* Please note from May 2025 - early 2026, there will be road and path upgrades taking place on Pacific Parade, which may restrict parking and driveway access. Please contact us to discuss further \* \* Keys Keys are to be collected from and returned to our office at 76 Griffith Street Coolangatta. Our office is an approximate 5 minute drive south of the property and 6 minute drive south of the GC Airport Linen Linen is not provided at this property. This accommodation was close enough for us to walk (10-15 min). We had an additional day to ourselves and spent most of the day on the beach across the road.
