Managers were very helpful, it’s an older building but more than adequate, the pool was a hit and warm for our 21’ days. We would stay there again.

Property is is excellent ,location for walking to restaurants, casino, shops and surf club. We did all of that during our stay. Their pool was great. Air con needs to be put in bedrooms though. Room 15 tv needs replacing otherwise staff very friendly. Parking in secure area good as well.

Met all my expectations and even had an extra room. Good pricing too. Excellent location, walking distance to the broadbeach town and beach. Would definitely stay there again.

Excellent place for a family stay. Nice open plan 2 bedroom apartment. The only real negative was that the air-conditioning was not working.

Property, whilst older, was awesome. Check in was easy, parking was easy and room was great. Room was clean and tidy and layout was great too. Pool area and pool was fantastic also. The Managers were lovely and incredibly accommodating

Handy to town, beach and shops. Nice pool area. Small balcony was lovely except when other unit guests were smoking on their balconies. Apartment was a bit dated and could use a little maintenance but overall it served our needs.

great apartment! Could find no fault
Perfect, we could find no fault with Le lavandou. The apartment met all our needs, was spacious, kitchen was well equipped, bathrooms had good showers, and it was in a quiet location close to the centr of Broadbeach, only a short walk to mall and shops.

Highly recommended!
We had a great stay. Location is superb. within walking distance to the beach and all the restaurants and pubs in Broadbeach. Easy parking. Close to public transportation as well. The apartment is huge and clean and has everything we need for the stay. Highly recommended.

Stayed here for 9 nights over the Christmas/New year holiday period. We choose Le Lavandou holiday apartments as I had stayed there before so knew what to expect. We wanted two separate bedrooms,free parking (underground and secured), our own kitchen, pool and not so big and noisy. This place had all we wanted, it was a real home away from home. Easy check in and although we checked in late and office was shut keys were waiting for us in a secure lock box safe with welcome letter. Great place to base yourself on the Gold Coast for a a family holiday with beach within walking distance, shops nearby and not so busy/noisy as the main part of surfers paradise.

Fabulous location, close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The apartment is cosy, clean and comfortable, excellently equipped. Free parking. Great service and very affordable too. The owners are very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Highly recommend.

Comfortable property in excellent location
Stayed for nearly two weeks to attend the Commonwealth Games. Faye & Chris were very helpful in offering local information and to discuss local dining options. The property had everything that we wanted, the only negative being that there was only one air conditioning unit in the main living area so we had to put it to maximum in order to make the bedroom cool enough at night (we were in the middle of a heat wave)

Loved this low rise accommodation and would stay there again. Loved the vista of pool from the balcony - lots of greenery and it was not overshadowed by high rises. Handy location, quiet area. Easy walk to mall, restaurants and beach. Spacious apartment. Fully equipped. En-suite was a little dated but functional. Wifi coverage could have been better.

Great family apartment.
Restaurants and the end of the street. Beach 2 blocks. Convention and casino within walking distance. Kids loved the pool and only three stories to up and down. The apartment was a good size for our family of 5.

Hi, Good hotel, we were happy to big rooms, and nice kitchen, kids were happy with swimming pool, i liked the Foxtel ... we were close to shopes and restaurants, washing machine and dryer. Just afew things need attention: 1- Internet speed very bad 2- Couch and Sofa in family room was not very good or comfortable. 3- we asked to have more towels, they said.. if you stay more then 10 days.. we will provide. Overall all good. Thanks

Highly Recommended Accommodation in the Gold Coast
Had a fantastic stay here. Great location, easy walk to shopping centre and beach. Large apartment, easily accommodated 5 of us. Great views out over pool area. Nice and quiet. Very accommodating staff. Very reasonable rates. I travel a lot and I don't generally give feedback but I was so impressed with this accommodation that I had to. Highly recommended, especially for families.

I had a fabulous stay. The apartment was large and had everything I needed including a great little laundry. It was 2 blocks from the GC Conention Centr, the beach and the major shopping area.
