Duct-ed heating and air conditioning throughout the house for those hot summer times. Ceiling fans in every room and the bar and pergola. Mood dimmer lights throughout the house and in the bar and pergola. There is an 8 foot by 4 foot slate pool table and leather sofas and chairs. There are five tv's throughout including a 50 inch lounge room tv, 50 inch one in the bar room, 40 inch kitchen tv, 40 inch front bedroom tv and a 32 inch one in the master bedroom. The living room, kitchen and bar room ones are smart tv's and are connected to the internet and have free Netflix and other app programs. The living room and bar room ones have Foxtel. There is a blue ray DVD player with a home theater system. In the bar room there is also a DVD player and sound system. Set on top of a small hill that allows for open and tree lined views which surround the homes spacious outdoor entertainment areas. A one hundred meter walk to the large tree lined park, which is about the size of three or four football ovals, with a pergola and free gas barbecue beside the pond and lots of open space for running and playing sport. There are six bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed and an en-suite with a spa bath and a walk in robe. Three bedrooms with queen size beds. One bedroom with two double bunks and single bunk beds on top and also one roll out single trundle bed. One bedroom with a double leather sofa bed or second private living room. Two porta-cots also available. Each bedroom has a built in wardrobe with plenty of storage space and drawers. There are lots of spaces to relax in. There is an eight seat dining room table. Five seat living room sofa. Ten seat bar table. Four stools around the pool table. Four seat kitchen table and a four seat kitchen servery. Four seat table in front courtyard garden. Three seat sofa beside BBQ. Three seat sofa beside outdoor spa and six poolside deck beds. One double sofa bed in private living room or use as the sixth bedroom. The hobby shed adjoins the back yard pergola and there is lots of open space around the pool and in the private front courtyard garden with a kids cubby house. The carport is a two car carport. Child safe with dead locks on all house doors. The swimming pool is 9 meters long with an average width of five meters and is solar heated. The pool's water feature has three water blade fountains and a colorful light is in the water for night time swimming. As well as the heated spa bath beside the pool, the pool also has in it a sitting area with four bubble jets. The heated pool spa is shaded with a very large umbrella. There is a family sized barbecue under the pergola entertainment area. Conveniently located a ten minute walk through the park or a 2 minute drive to the local Easy T Shopping Center which will cater for most of your shopping needs. Approximately thirty five shops including foreign cuisine restaurants and cafes, supermarket, chemist, bakery, news agency, dry cleaners, hairdresser, doctors, 24/7 convenience store and take away food shops. Also another 24/7 convenience store and petrol station is a five minute walk. Four minute drive to Gold Coasts largest shopping center, The Robina Town Center. Twelve minute drive to Burleigh Heads Beach. Approximately twenty minute drive to Surfers Paradise Beach, casino and the theme parks. Twenty minute drive to Gold Coast Airport. One hour drive to Brisbane Airport. Features Free WiFi. Unlimited free phone calls nation wide to landlines and mobiles, excluding 13 and 19 numbers and international calls. Home landline phone with answering machine. Large fridge/freezer. Medium size bar fridge. Home gym equipment. Fully serviced kitchen with many kitchen and cooking appliances and crockery. Bed linen and bath towels provided. Large 12 Kg front load washing machine and 8 kg dryer. Recently repainted and renovated throughout this holiday home has many quality fittings and brand new or near new furnishings and appliances. No smoking inside. Smoking okay outside and in the bar and pergola areas. Pets by negotiation. The pre guests arrival clean and linen change is done to a high standard by a professional cleaning company. A twenty five percent deposit is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance is due fourteen days before check in date. Enjoy the Gold Coasts year long round climate. The location is very convenient with Robina shopping centre only a 5 min drive away and lots of parks around. It's a lovely neighborhood and beautiful property. The house was very, very clean and had everything you could want. The pool and spa and outside entertaining area was just wonderful and the Jacuzzi tub inside was fantastic for my just turned 3 year old. It was great to have the pool table as well and the house was so spacious. Plenty of room for our German shepherd in the front yard and back yard as well. The only downside was that we found the tvs inside the house to be very slow (about a 20 second wait time after pushing the buttons) when not on Foxtel and the leather couch in the lounge area was uncomfortable but overall we had a fantastic stay and would love to visit again. We used the pool, spa and pool table a lot. Comfortable beds and furniture. Large fridge for all your items. Feels pretty private in the swimming area. The home is older but the resort amenities are all there. Very close to shops for your grocery needs. The cons: incredibly long check in email. Like nothing I’ve ever seen before. And only available in email not the app. No toilet paper provided beyond what’s on the roller. And for what we paid a night that seems a bit low rent. We are also hosts of a large property and provide TP, paper towels, oil, spices, coffee, tea and even feminine products tucked under the sinks. So 3/4 of a roll of TP is pretty terrible. Also no soap.The host was still there cleaning when we arrived. To be fair we said we’d be there between 4:30-5\. We arrived at 4:15 and there was no way he was going to be finished by 4:30\. Which I am guessing is why the floors were so dirty. Gritty and needed a mop. The rest of the home was clean. Host didn’t leave until after 5 and also didn’t vacuum while there. Just took a long time to leave. Which just felt awkward. The rules in the welcome email feel over the top. If you smudge the mirrors you will lose some damage deposit. Like, what? Oh and the hot tub needed to be shocked. Or a water change. The water was brown tinged from check in. But maybe that was a city water issue at the time that I can’t speak to. ##### Adrian B. Good location, spacious living areas, plenty of bedrooms, a quiet area, well equipped kitchen plus the amazing outdoor pool and spa area with its big outdoor table that seated the 10 of us. Obviously a large house with 5 bedrooms sp could easily have a group to stay. Some of the furniture could do with updating, with the only decent bed being the main king bed. You get a huge email with instructions about how to get in and then how to care for the house. The main living room tv didnt have foxtel or netflix connected which was a bit frustrating. The pool was fantastic as was the spa. It was great that it was dog friendly. Its about 10-15 min druive to dog friendly beach ##### Emma b. We had 8 people staying (2 families) and we had plenty of room for all of us. Both inside and outside were easy to relax in. We did all the touristy things - theme parks, mountains, wildlife parks etc and the house was perfectly positioned for a home base.
