Situated on the Southern Gold Coast, this fully refurbished top-floor apartment is just 50 metres across the road to Kirra Beach, offering some of the best panoramic views of the entire Gold Coast. Tucked into the famous Kirra Point, this beachfront property captures views spanning the entire coastline including the Surfers Paradise skyline and showcases some of the most spectacular sunsets you will see. Everything you need is within walking distance with cafes, restaurants, clubs, entertainment, shopping, cinemas and transport just a short stroll away in Kirra, or around the point just 500m to Coolangatta.  
  
The Kirra Gardens Penthouse Apartment – Unit 27 offers a balcony, luxurious décor, 2 bedrooms, with a king bed in the main bedroom and 2 single beds in the second bedroom. The ensuite bathroom offers a large shower with two showerheads and the second bathroom has a bath/shower. The apartment is set up with 3 smart TV’s, free secure parking (double garage), free Wi-Fi and air conditioning. The apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, stovetop and microwave as well as a separate laundry with a washing machine/dryer.  
A booking and cleaning fee are included in your booking total rent amount. A double cleaning fee will apply for bookings of more than 28 nights. This is a non-smoking property. Linen is included in this property, please advise number of guests staying during the booking process.  
  
Neighbourhood information  
The property is situated on the southern end of the Gold Coast, close to the Gold Coast International Airport, 6.4km from Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary and Northern NSW areas of Byron Bay, Kingscliff, Cabarita and the Tweed close by. Across the road is the world-famous Kirra Beach as well as being surrounded by several other patrolled beaches including Rainbow Bay, Greenmount, Coolangatta, Duranbah and the super-bank of Snapper Rocks which guests will be able to enjoy activities in and around Gold Coast, like surfing, paddle-boarding and fishing.  
The area has a huge selection of cafes, restaurants, clubs, entertainment and shopping. Kirra Beach House Wine and Cocktail Bar is less than 100m away. Fine-dining options include Siblings Restaurant (across the road), Billy Chow, Agave Rosa, Gallura, Franc Jr’s and Lam Lam Delicate Thai. Other casual dining options close by include St Helens Bar & Burgers, Xenia Greek, Bar Evelyn, Bread n Butter, Baskk Italian and Belakai cafe. The Kirra & Coolangatta Hotels, Kirra & Coolangatta Surf Clubs are all also within walking distance. Catch a movie at the Strand cinemas (Cinebar) or head over to Twin Towns for live shows and entertainment. For more action / nightlife, check out Eddie’s Grub House or Rattlesnake.  
It is an easy drive to the major Gold Coast theme parks including Sea World, Movie World, Wet n Wild, Dreamworld and Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary.
