Designed with both comfort and convenience in mind, the apartment is ideal for families, couples, or groups travelling together. You’ll find plenty of space to unwind, thoughtful touches throughout, and all the essentials you need for a memorable Gold Coast escape, including:  
\- Three spacious bedrooms – two with ocean views, one with peaceful hinterland views  
\- Master bedroom with King bed and ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet  
\- Second bedroom with Queen bed  
\- Third bedroom with Double Bed  
\- Two modern bathrooms (incl. Ensuite) with quality finishes  
\- A fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and plenty of space to cook  
\- Open-plan living and dining designed for comfort and connection  
\- Comfortable loungeroom with seating for up to 6  
\- Complimentary Wi-Fi  
\- Additional guests can be accommodated on rollaway beds, however these must be sourced by the guest from a hire company

Keys for this property must be collected offsite during the designated collection hours of Every day: 06:00 - 01:00\. Please ensure your arrival falls within this timeframe, as keys cannot be collected outside of these hours.  
  
This apartment is within the Hilton buildings. Please note that this apartment is managed on behalf of the owner and is not affiliated with the onsite building managers.  
  
• To get you started, we provide toilet paper, laundry detergent, dishwashing tablets and liquid, a dishcloth, plus tea, coffee, milk and sugar. For longer stays (more than 2–3 nights), you may need to top up some supplies.  
• Each guest will have a bath towel, and every bathroom comes with a bath mat and hand towel.  
• Please remember to bring your own pool and beach towels.  
• We kindly ask all guests to provide photo ID before arrival.  
• To keep things fair and comfortable for everyone, breaching house rules may lead to extra cleaning/damage costs, a $500 fine, or in serious cases, eviction without refund.
