Felt very homely and well worth the little extra for the ocean view room. It was also very dated, original brown wood veneer kitchen and bathrooms from the 70’s. My sister had the same in her apartment too, so don’t be fooled by lots of the modern glossy white furniture photos as you may not get that in reality. Single glazed windows so it is somewhat noisy if you don’t like the sound of wind. Lovely amenities, very nice pool and bbq area with changing rooms with steam room. Our 3 bedroom was huge! So much space and it had all the amenities including the little touches like an umbrella and pool noodle & boogie boards for the kids. The views were great. To be able to walk across the road and be on the beach or grab a delicious merlo coffee was so nice and easy. It has board games, a full laundry etc. Very clean and well kept and a lovely quiet place to sleep in walking distance to nice areas and a short Uber to SeaWorld etc. My only concern was that the pool was closed for repair, which was a bit disappointing and I think could have been communicated prior and perhaps a discount offered.
