Walking distance to the beach, cafes, restaurants, The Star Casino, Dracula's Cabaret, the newly renovated Pacific Fair Shopping Centre, and the light rail (G-Link). Theme parks are all close by. Sea World is a 20 minute drive, and Warner Brothers Movie World, Wet n Wild, and Dreamworld are 25 minutes. Coral Waterfront is ideal for your next getaway for several couples or a fantastic holiday to enjoy with family and friends. Coral has a seamless flow-through design with generous living spaces which lead through to the entertaining area overlooking the fenced saltwater pool and waterfront. There is an ideal spot on the deck to relax or walk down to the beach and to your very own private pontoon with seating to throw a line in and perhaps catch a spot of dinner. Spectacular views particularly at dusk and during the evening from the large entertaining balcony overlooking Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach skyline. With two levels of living which includes 55 inch TV with FOXTEL SPORTS AND MOVIES PACKAGE, NETFLIX AND COMPLIMENTARY WIFI and a spacious airconditioned games room with POOL TABLE, 65 inch TV, and PLAYSTATION 3 (including several games), along with children's books and toys; you'll immediately feel like you're on holiday. The kitchen overlooks the outdoor entertaining area, with covered seating area, barbecue, saltwater pool and canal (POOL AND CANAL ARE FULLY FENCED FOR YOUR CHILDREN'S SAFETY). Secure carport is provided for off street parking and fenced for your childrens safety and privacy. The laundry includes a washing machine and dryer. A starter pack of bathroom, kitchen and laundry amenities are provided for your convenience. A highchair, baby car seat and stroller are available at the property and free of any charge, if required. We can also supply a cot for young babies on request. Fishing rods, hooks and lines are also provided. This beautiful 'home from home' provides the ultimate Gold Coast holiday. Beautiful home, comfy bedrooms and beds, lots to do at the home, fantastic location a short walk to beach (20 mins) and shopping/cafes/restaurants (10mins). House clean and well kept, pool area lovely. BUT - internet and wifi are awful! We could not watch TV or use our devices for more than 30-40 minutes without drop-out. Had to continually re-boot, so frustrating. Tried to watch a movie and after 4 attempts across 3 days gave up.
