I very much enjoyed my stay. My only issue is that I feel that they could be cleaned better. Staff lovely. Perfect location. Close to everything.

This property almost makes it. Great location, quiet area, good layout of suite, well equipped kitchen, even has its own laundry. Receptionist friendly and helpful. Falls down in the cleaning, not dirty but would expect better. And the furnishings, you don't fix saggy sofa springs by putting a sheet of chipboard under the cushions! But would I book again... hell yeah.

Had a week booking and when I arrived late at night, booked another hotel and stayed somewhere else as the room was dirty with cockroaches on the floor and geckos in the bedding, returned the key the next morning and they refuse to refund my money. If you are thinking of staying here - DON'T.

The room was not properly cleaned and had many broken things such as taps not secured lights and fans not working needed to rewash dishes upon arrival so I could use them

Construction next door started 6.30am every morning. Comfortable refurbed unit but missing handles on kitchen cupboards, no ventilation in bathroom, no dryer in laundry. No wifi. No Foxtel sports.

There was no elevator to bring suitcases to the room. We had to carry 30kg suitcases up 3 flights of stairs. These suitcases were dragged down the stair case and 3am for an early morning flight and woke people up. We could hear people in the other rooms and their TVs. We had maintenance people knock on our door early in the morning to service the air conditioning that we were not expecting. The pool was dirty. The walls and curtains were filthy. Some of the curtains were broken.

魅力なのは金額だけ。 徒歩10分ほどで繁華街や駅まで行けるがやはり遠く感じてしまう。 ドライヤーが壊れて使えないのと、アメニティは一才取替なし。 トイレットペーパーも自分でスーパーで買ってくるか、1つ5ドルで買うか。 Wi-Fiも無料ではないです。 現地シムの電波も良くなく、部屋の明るさも暗いです。 仮に次回またゴールドコーストに来た時はここには宿泊しないです。 ただフロントの女性はとても良い人です！英語が分からない私に現地アクティビティを一生懸命探してくれて予約の補助や手配先にも電話してくれて、大変助かりました！！

Very deceiving! Nice on the outside but extremely disappointed with the inside. A torn cushion on the the sofa bed, no mattress in the sofa bed?? Wobbly table and unstable chairs, the curtains were dirty, faded and wouldn’t open properly among other things. The decor was unappealing, it seemed that management wanted to renovate but with no money? Very poorly decorated. For what they charge it was a very ordinary stay and if there was a zero star rating this place would get it!

The location is great and the property is nice and quiet. The public areas around the pool are well looked after. The room was well equipped. However I guess I must have misread the website, as I thought it said “serviced weekly”. One website says “ limited housekeeping” it was generally clean when I arrived I stayed for 3 weeks and no one came to clean, ever. There was a spoon in the cutlery drawer which had congealed food on it from a previous occupant. The stove top, which needed cleaning, shed rust every time I used it. There was some suspicious dirt in the car park stairwell, which was there when I arrived and still there when I left.

#### Comfortable place, but cleanliness is questionable

On arrival we had to clean before we managed to settle down. The bathroom was filthy, hair all over the place, mirror was not cleaned and there were poop smears on the toilet seat. We had to ask for a vacuum to clean the place. Once we cleaned everything, it was fine and comfortable. The bed was comfortable.

The only good thing was location. Close to surfers paradise. Room is dirty out-dated Fold out couch was broken We had two small children and on the second floor level Had to take three large suitcases up three flights of stairs from car park Wasn’t showed to our room just given key Not the most friendly service. You get what you pay for

#### Good value for money for non fussy guests.

Walkable location to Surfers Paradise. Apartment living is close to neighbors. Furniture is well used. Most things work with a bit of imaginative effort. I enjoyed my stay and for the low price would stay again. Pleasant enough for a single or non fussy couple or family.
