Once the construction on the building next door and in front started we has to close the doors. Was extremely loud. We did not know which appartment we were to occupy. Not being computer skilled, I was unable to contact anyone who could help us. By chance a resident not connected with stayz found us, took pity on us, and after half an hour eventually found how to locate and enter our rental. It was on floor 8 and both lifts failed that night. Again it was with a nother owner that we were able to locate a stairwell to the 8 floor. As 80 year olds, that was a struggle. Lastly the keys were in a locked box in the mailbox. The box was difficult to open, and we were unable on departure to enclose the keys in the box.
